Privacy notice

This notice covers the OmniAgentDesk website and inquiry form, operated by an independent developer under the OmniAgentDesk name. Data processing within business systems is agreed separately for each project.

What we collect

The form collects the name, company or product, email, WhatsApp, business type, delivery preference and requirements you provide, plus submission time and inquiry ID. Email or WhatsApp is required. Do not submit passwords, access keys, identity documents, customer records or unnecessary sensitive information.

How we use it

We use this information to assess requirements, arrange demos, contact you, prepare proposals and record follow-up. The form does not subscribe you to marketing emails or send WhatsApp messages automatically.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored in a separate website database, apart from product business data, and accessed by an authenticated platform administrator. Hosting and network providers needed to run the site may process infrastructure data. We do not sell your inquiry information.

Submissions are rate-limited to prevent abuse. IP information for this purpose is stored briefly as a salted hash. Standard server logs may include IP addresses, paths and times for operations and security troubleshooting. This site currently uses no advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only for handling inquiries, fulfilling project agreements and necessary recordkeeping, and regularly remove unneeded records. Use WhatsApp below to request access, correction or deletion. We may verify your identity. Records required by contract or law remain subject to mandatory retention.

The WhatsApp link opens a third-party service governed by its own data practices. You may also use our inquiry form.
