Let your knowledge base handle repeat questions
Organize manuals, FAQs and support procedures. Ground answers in your materials and hand uncertain cases to a person.
BUILT FOR YOUR EXISTING SYSTEMS
From “How does this work?” to “Why is this order stuck?”
Bring product knowledge, business queries and guidance into the system your customers already use.
01 / THE PRODUCT
An assistant that knows your product and where to find business data.
Help users take the next step, within agreed permissions.
Connect your existing APIs
Permissions and queryable fields are agreed individually.
This order is awaiting confirmation. Device B-07 has reported the end of its run, but order confirmation is still pending.
Check the order details first, then ask an authorized person to follow up. The assistant does not issue automatic refunds.
Organize manuals, FAQs and support procedures. Ground answers in your materials and hand uncertain cases to a person.
Connect agreed read-only APIs for orders, devices and other records. The model never receives unrestricted database access.
Explain modules, locate agreed page elements and draft replies for support staff. People confirm consequential actions.
02 / WHO IT’S FOR
Start with one clear support scenario,
prove it works, then expand.
Connect manuals, troubleshooting steps and support procedures. Add authorized equipment APIs when status queries are needed.
Explain modules, answer usage questions and point users to the right features, with a consistent brand and tone.
Define the scope for frequent order, equipment and record queries, so users can find the information they need faster.
03 / MADE TO FIT
From the interface to integrations, built around your existing system.
No need to replace the platform you already run.
Adapt the name, logo and interface to your brand. Deploy the agreed system on your server, with configuration notes, integration documentation and an acceptance checklist.
Prefer not to manage servers? Consider managed hosting. Resources, model usage, maintenance scope and future migration are specified in the proposal.
Self-hosting means the application and agreed data reside on your server. External models still receive necessary content; fully offline deployment needs a separate assessment.

You don’t need a complete specification to get started.
Just bring the problem you’re facing.
Yes, with product knowledge, FAQs and support reply drafts. Live order or device queries require authorized APIs, while page-specific guidance also needs frontend adaptation.
The main offer is a branded implementation for your product. We agree on materials, use cases, APIs and hosting first. The platform already exists, but each integration requires joint testing and acceptance.
The standard scope is knowledge answers, read-only queries and guidance. Refunds, order changes and equipment control are not included by default. Such features need separate permissions, approval and audit design.
No customer case studies are public yet. This page uses sample scenarios and data. Book a demo to see the platform; your own data and integrations need separate verification after connection.
Based on features, API count, customization and hosting. Development, servers, model usage and ongoing maintenance are itemized. No fixed delivery date or outcome is promised before scope is clear.
For 90 days after acceptance, reproducible defects against agreed features and usage advice for the agreed deployment. New features, third-party changes, server and model costs are assessed separately. The written scope governs.
